What services does your diagnostic center provide?
We offer a wide range of diagnostic services including Laboratory (blood, urine, stool, body fluids and Biopsy tests), Radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD), Cardiology (ECG, ECHO, TMT) Neurology (EEG, ENMG), Gastroenterology (Endoscopy, Colonoscopy), Physiotherapy, home sample collection and other preventive health check- ups.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription for tests?
Yes, a valid doctor’s prescription is required for most diagnostic tests. Some routine health check-ups may be done without a prescription. Patient should fill the Lab requisition form to conduct the Lab tests.
Is prior appointment required?
Appointments are recommended to avoid waiting time, especially for imaging tests like ultrasound, CT, or MRI. Walk-ins are accepted for most routine blood tests.

Our diagnostic center is open Monday –Saturday 06:30AM – 08:30PM.
Sunday 06:30AM – 12:30PM.

How should I prepare for a blood test?
Preparation depends on the test. Some tests require fasting (8–12 hours) for Fasting blood sugar, VitaminB12, Hormone tests etc., while others do not. Our staff will guide you at the time of billing.

Is the sample collection painful?
Most blood tests involve a small needle prick, which causes only mild discomfort and lasts a few seconds.
What if I am afraid of needles?
Our trained staff handle patients gently and carefully. Please inform us if you feel anxious—we’ll make you comfortable.
How long does it take to receive test reports?
Most routine test reports are available on the same day. Specialized tests may take longer. Our staff will inform the timings of the report during sample collection. Imaging reports are usually ready within the same or next working day.
How will I receive my reports?
Reports can be collected from the center, emailed to you, can be downloaded from the link sent through SMS/ WhatsApp or accessed online through our website.
